  • Definitive surgery with intraoperative RT for resectable intra-abdominal GI sarcoma other than GIST
  • Limited isolated liver metastasis
    • definitive surgery for primary
    • isolated liver metastasis should be treated with metastasectomy +/- RT, RFA, or embolization
