Clinical
- most common acute present with neoplastic cell in the blood, skin rashes, generalized lyphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and hypercalcemia.
Treatment
- Chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, biological agenets, and allogeneic BM transplants.
Results
- OS-5 10%
Extranodal Natural Killer T-Cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type
Definition
- Formerly Known as Angiocentric Lymphoma
- EBV+
Clinical
- presents in midfacial region and other extranodal sites
- CD2+, CD56+
Treatment
- Chemoradiation for Localized NK/T-cell lymphoma in the nasal pharynx.
Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma
Definition
- ALK protein is detected in 60 to 80% of the patients.
Treatment
- Just like DLBCL without rituximab thearpy.
Outcome
- ALK+ patients OS 71-93%
- ALK- paitents OS 31 to 37%.
