Mycosis Fungoides:

  • Treatment modalities include: steroids, oral psoralens chemotherapy, topical mechlorethamine, and TSI.
  • TSI
    • low energy electrons to doses 24-36Gy 2Gy/fraction for 6 fields.
    • Stanford showed a dose response with 90% in remission after >30Gy and 20% for <10Gy.
  • Systemic chemotherapy
    • methotrexate, dactinomycin, and cyclophophamide.
