• often confused with medulloblastoma in the very young;
• this is a embryonal tumor
• immature and highly aggressive tumor
• treat like high-risk medulloblastoma (ie. RT in patients ≥ 3 years)
• Review of the literature reveals an association between initial radiation therapy and the ability to achieve a prolonged survival.
• ATRT EFS 10-15%

• 55.8 Gy to Tumor volume
